  • Billing information: subscription plan, billing email, tax ID or VAT ID. (Payment card data may be processed directly by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal.)

  • Device information: device model, operating system version, device language, timezone, identifiers such as IDFV or an app-specific random ID.

  • Usage information: app launches, screen views, feature usage, clicks, time spent in the app, crash logs, and performance metrics.

  • Network information: IP address, network type (Wi-Fi/cellular), approximate region, used for security and analytics.

  • Cookies and similar technologies when using embedded web views or external browser pages related to our Services.

2.3 Information From Third Parties

With your consent, we may receive:

  • OAuth login data (e.g., Apple, Google, WeChat, Naver) to simplify registration and sign-in.

  • Data from e-commerce and platform integrations (e.g., TikTok/Douyin, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify) to sync authorized store, product, and order data.

  • Payment information from processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Apple in-app purchase) about transaction status and billing records.
