- 支付与账单信息:订阅套餐、账单邮箱、增值税或税号等(具体支付信息通常由第三方支付机构处理)。
2. 我们通过技术手段自动收集的信息
- 设备信息:设备型号、操作系统版本、设备语言、时区、唯一设备标识符(例如 IDFV、随机生成的应用内部 ID)。
- 使用信息:应用打开次数、页面浏览、功能点击、停留时长、崩溃日志、错误报告、性能数据。
- 网络信息:IP 地址、网络类型(Wi-Fi/蜂窝)、大致地区,以帮助我们进行安全防护与使用统计。

- Business data: product, order, customer, warehouse and other operational data you enter when using our SaaS and cross-border commerce features (which may contain personal information).
- Contact details: email, phone number, support tickets and communications with our team.
- Billing information: subscription plan, billing email, tax ID or VAT ID. (Payment card data may be processed directly by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal.)
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system version, device language, timezone, identifiers such as IDFV or an app-specific random ID.
- Usage information: app launches, screen views, feature usage, clicks, time spent in the app, crash logs, and performance metrics.
- Network information: IP address, network type (Wi-Fi/cellular), approximate region, used for security and analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies when using embedded web views or external browser pages related to our Services.
2.3 Information From Third Parties
With your consent, we may receive:
- OAuth login data (e.g., Apple, Google, WeChat, Naver) to simplify registration and sign-in.
- Data from e-commerce and platform integrations (e.g., TikTok/Douyin, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify) to sync authorized store, product, and order data.
- Payment information from processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Apple in-app purchase) about transaction status and billing records.

You can disable permissions in iOS “Settings > Privacy”. However, some features may not work properly without them.
5. Sharing & Third-Party SDKs
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in these cases:
- Service providers / sub-processors (e.g., cloud hosting, logging, analytics, crash reporting, email and push notification services, payment processors), solely to provide and improve our Services.
- Legal obligations: when required by law, court order or government authority.
